Psychology for the Body
Providing Scientific Solutions to
Reduce Healthcare Worker Burnout and Improve the Patient Experience
Our Mission
Why We Are Unique
Interactive Workshops for Healthcare Organizations
The 2 factors that have the greatest impact on both clinical and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations are clinician burnout and patient experience. High clinician burnout leads to increased employee turnover rates causing organizations to lose money by having to find and train new staff. Poor patient experience results in fewer referrals and a lower census leading to lower revenue.
We at Psychology for the Body can help you improve clinical outcomes and revenue by training and coaching your leadership team and clinical staff on unique strategies to reduce clinician burnout, improve emotional intelligence and communication, and improve the patient experience.

Physical therapy training programs and occupational therapy training programs usually focus on developing clinical skills, but we at Psychology for the Body believe that non-clinical skills are equally as valuable to clinical skills in producing successful outcomes. Also, physical therapy certifications and occupational therapy certifications are typically clinical, but our certification in Patient Experience Design provides clinicians with an expertise in designing an optimal patient experience.
