Patient Experience (PX) Design Certificate Program

The Inspiration

The Patient Experience (PX) Design Certificate Program is a 4 part 1 hour session workshop to teach healthcare clinicians how to apply psychology in order to optimize the patient experience. It is based on concepts from User Experience (UX) Design and Customer Experience (CX) Design. UX and CX design are used by forward thinking companies to design products and experiences based on a deep understanding of their customers' expectations. Patient Experience (PX) Design focuses on how healthcare organizations can elevate their healthcare experience based on a deep understanding of patient expectations. Once those expectations are identified, a psychology-based program is offered to match patient expectations.
